Can anyone help me find a song called tara?

all i know is a guy sings it, and its kinda punk alternative-ish. and the only lyrics i really remember are "while i sing myself to sleep" and its about this girl who boyfriend messes around with every other girl in town, and something abut looking at her sister while there kissing. please help! i love the song but i cant find it anywhere.
