Trouble - pleasee helpp ill answer any questionss?

so a guy is supposed to help me but like i never really follow through because i dont want to bother him. so yesterday i told him that i really need help and he said that he would but i dont follow through. i told him i didnt wnat to bother him, but he said that im too pretty for him to care that im bothering. he also told me the days he's free. but then he just walked away idk he never said bye idk why. anyway, what do you think? was he just being nice or can there be something more lol? thanksss
