Is Qualcomm stadium a good place to watch a game?

Next season the Packers are playing against the Chargers at San Diego. San Diego seems like a very awesome place and a cool place to spend a vacation. But, is Qualcomm Stadium a good place to watch a game or no? Also where is a good place to sit?
