Sirius Radio and Launchcast Problem?

I have Sirius Radio and Launchcast from Yahoo. As of a few weeks ago the media players from both of them quit working.The customer service people from both companies have no idea what the problem is. I also had a Dell rep (my brother) check my computer and it is working fine. Any suggestions or has this happened to anybody before?
