Symbols for the Great Gatsby?

The Great Gatsby has a lot of symbols. The Green Light at the end of the dock for Gatsby symbolizes Daisy, who is in sight but out of reach. The Valley of Ashes represents the death of morality in the society, and the eyes of J.T. Eckleburg are the eyes of God, who is always watching. I can't remember which is which but one of the eggs represents the old money (Tom, and Daisy) which are the people who were rich from the beginning and the other egg is new money (Nick and Gatsby).
