Pregnancy and piles help please?

Hi Ive never had piles at all. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have today without any warning got a large dark pile in my backside. Ive never had piles ever. I have been constipated all my life but have never experienced piles...I have had an fissure. (tear of the back page but never piles) Good grief...Other than ol what else can you recommend? Ive lactose solution, I eat brown bread and try and have enough of all the other stuff Im supposed to have but this has taken me by surprise!! Im 35 weeks pregnant with my 3rd.
