Do you think this is normal?

im in highschool and i just love the way it feels when i dont have undies on, this is just recent, and i dont do this during school bc i have athletics and we have to change but if i didnt i would do it whenever it wasnt that certain time of the month lol. is this normal? its not like i flash people or wear skirts or dresses when i do this (i do occasionally go in public without them on but with clothes on lol) does this turn any guys on lol and girls do any of you do this?
