Help, how to deal with hubbie's ex who has Borderline Personality Disorder & is insanely Jealous making our?

If he's a lawyer, doesn't he know all the tricks in the book to have her shut up! If she has a mental illness how come those kids aren't with you full time! Are you sure your husband is doing all he can to have this stop.....I doubt it.
