Is it realistic to tone up in 5-6weeks?

It can be. You just have to watch what you eat and what you do. Like don't be like teenages such as me who can sit for days and not gain a pound. You need to stay active and eat a good diet. Just watch the sweets and chips and food. Just keep working on a body by setting yourself good goals. Since it seems like you have a good enough one :] good luck
