What exactly is a "god hater"?

I've seen that phrase used on here and would like to know precisely what that means. It isn't the pagans because they love their gods. It isn't Heathens because they honor their gods. It can't be the Hindus. It isn't atheists because they don't believe in any gods. Is it angry Christians who aren't happy with their lot in life because their leaders make claims that their Bible and life don't support? Is it Muslims who violate the rules of their god written in the Koran? Is it messianics who claim the title Jew while mocking the Tanakh by calling a long dead rabbi the "Messiah"? Please explain.
