What will blow out first on a sealed penger cabin electrical car fire, the door(s) or window(s)?

A neighbour had a car fire last night. The driver's door was open/ajar by the time I got outside and the windows were gone. The determination at the site was that it was an electrical fire. The car was serviced earlier that day for a faulty turn signal. A minimum 7.5 hours lapsed between service and fire (6 pm - 1:30 am). One neighbour said they saw the 'driver's door blown open' by an explosion inside the car, blowing out all of the windows as well. Only one door though. Is it really possible to blow a door open before the windows give way? There was no 'projectile' damage to the door so either it was left ajar pre-fire or it was 'blown open' at the same time as the windows gave out.
