Who do you beleive the Gospels or Josephus about Pontius Pilat?

As Josephus was a historian, I would believe him. The gospels are biased for obvious reasons. I'm watching a doentary as we speak on this very thing. Jesus and his followers were political rebels. Religion and politics were inseparable at that time. hehe Much like in America today. The writers of the gospels had a political agenda to push. Josephus wrote about the issues of the day. Much like a newspaper reporter while Jesus and his bunch were more like lobbyists with an undercurrent of religion.
