My teeth have started moving!?

ok so a while ago i noticed that i have started getting my wisdom teeth and although painfull it was not a problem. then a few days ago the teeth in front of it have started moving. one in particular has moved back like it has no space. its constantly aching and all teeth are sore. do i need to get it pulled out to make more room or the wisdom tooth or just leave it and see if it works out alright. please help. p.s very scared of dentists.
